Implemented Random Survival Forest model to seizure survival dataset for healthcare application using Python and R.
Conducted data pre-processing and model improvement iterations to achieve a robust model with an accuracy of greater than 90%.
Utilized TSFRESH in Python to extract important features from the brain’s frequency raw signal and studiously select 8 frequency ranges for model training.
Regularly revised the model to be capable of predicting seizure in epilepsy patients at least 10 minutes before onset.
